anyone have a wireless controller or headset for xbox?

i am seriously contemplating on getting the wireless headset for xbox live, as well as a wireless controller. however there are no first party wireless things for xbox (i don't think atleast) so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with any wireless items for xbox, such as a controller or headset. if you have experience please leave it here, thanks.
 
I just saw a bluetooth one somewhere online the other day, lemme see if i can find it.

i've seen that one. how does it feel in comparison to the S-controller? i want somethign that feels as close to the original as possible. i hate the majority of the third part controllers.
 
but how is the logitech controller? similar to the S?

i hate the madcatz or whatever garbage.

The ever painful blisterpack. They dont care though, i've returned stuff with those blister packages in 20 pieces and my hands bleeding.
 
wow ... $100 for that controller. AND the headset still is wired to the controller. I think that if I get a wireless controller and have the normal xbox live headset, that will be fine. its just that the wires from the controller + headset ALWAYS tangle and its starting to get annoying. kinda sucks though because the 'clip' that holds the actual headset part onto the part that goes over my head is pretty loose now, and i have to put the piece around my head, THEN clip on the mouth receiver/ear piece part. if i put the receiver part on the piece that goes around my head first, it will fall off as soon as it touches my head.

Yea... Well they make a speakerphone too 🙂
 
yea but like you said, the logitech one looks like it will feel alot better. i have used their controllers for PC a few years back and the feeling was good. i think im going to go to target after work today and pick one up since they are only $31 (THEY BETTER OR ILL COME OVER THERE AND BEAT YOU WITH THE PLASTIC PACKAGING!)
 
I have a wireless controller to use for DVDs since my Xbox is modded and I can't use the MS Remote. It was a datel I got for like 18 bucks from work. Make sure you get a quality one since cheap one's buttons are very hard to press. Otherwise, it is very convenient.

yea i'm not interested in the speakerfone at all. if i have friends over i just put the output on the TV so they can hear stuff, but i just talk myself.

also, $18 for a wireless controller seems kinda cheap heh, and you said not to get the cheap ones.

The logitechs does not feel like the S-Controller. It feels more buch and much more natuarl that the S for me. I would trade mine for anything.

Friend of mine has the Logitech ones too and they are good. But be areful because most of them don't have the slot in the front for the headset. Some of them do but you just have to get the right kind if you want to use the headset through the wireless controller.
 
oh snap, just found out they don't work with xbox live headsets ... can anyone confirm this? (the logitech ones that is)

That bluetooth one will, I'm looking for one that will as well... and hopefully one that doesnt cost $100.
