Anyone have a solution to watch the worldcup live streams from work?

BBC is offering streams for UK users only (probably scan the ip to determine) and espn360 allows for users from only certain ISPs to watch the streams. I am wondering if anyone has found a solution to watch the games from work? If so, myself an 4 of my co-workers would appreciate it a lot!. 🙂
 
My solution is to go down to the gym for a 90 minute workout at game time.

(our office gym has espn... 😀)

so you can use a free UK proxy to watch them from US/Canada

has anybody found a solution that works. tvant servers were blocked by my work. still searching. i was not able to get the proxy's to work.
