Anyone have a problem with Heatware?

I changed my email address a week ago, and haven't gotten any email to reactivate my account. I have PM'ed Heat23 twice and sent two emails, but haven't gotten any kind of response back. Anybody else got any ideas on what to do?

He may take a bit to reply, but I'm sure it'll get done.

I asked for my account to be renamed in August and it got changed sometime in November.

Not that I'm complaining, but it may take a bit.

i took about 2 and a half weeks for mine to be activated (i emailed three times during that period ...not sure whether it did any good)

this was about 6 weeks ago, i just traded with people, did my end first, and got em to eval me when my heat was set up, a hassle i know; but if nothing else it was what i had to do

Heatware provides a nice service and all, but I wish they would at least acknowledge PM's or Emails, or update there website with some kind of info as to whats going with them... I am still waiting on this without any reponse from them even though I have tried multiple times....

I believe they only have so much workers. They should hire more people, that would be awesome. I'm sure tons of us would actually volunteer our time to help them out. I think they may need it.

I'd suggest to wait him out. Hoilidays, perhaps final if he is in school, ski season....and so on.

No one trusts me even with heatware, thats my beef with it. Sorry I dont got a bunch of things to sell to raise my refs.

I always get the "can you ship first?" and the "can you lower the price to xx$ and ship first?" Like no one trusts me.
