Anyone have a palm TX?

I just took my new TX out and got it set up and I am having absolutely the dumbest problem. I can't get the sync cable to disconnect from the Palm. It seemed to have latches on it but I can't find a release. I tried pulling hard but it won't budge. Anyone have one of these things and can give me a hint here?

there should be a round button on the connector or try pulling it up towards the phone if it doesn't have a button

There is a button but it is the sync button. It does not release a latch. I have pulled pretty hard, tried twisting and pulling. I get the distinct impression that I am about to break something... Just wanted to check before I put it on the floor, step on it, and heave up on the cable...which is my next option.

Nvm...just pulled really, really hard and it popped out. Not well made. Thanks anyway.
