Anyone have a good Shortcut bar?

I'm looking for a shortcut bar that works with XP. Has to be a floating bar that I can dock separate from the Start bar. Ideally I'd like it to hide when my mouse isn't on it.

Anyone have a good one?

I really like the Free Launch Bar. It replaces the quick launch menu (just right of the start menu button), and has flyout menus that activate when you hover over them.

I liked it so much I bought the True Launch Bar. However, for simple menus the FLB is fine.

uh, why bother with that when you can use something like TypeAndRun (free).
