Anyone have a good diagram how to open a milk carton?

Apparently the very simple instructions on the carton itself are too difficult for the morons I work with. I tried searching for a detailed diagram, but I can't find anything...
 
Just post a memo saying if you don't open this milk carton up right your freaking face will end up on the side of it!

Give them a pair of shears. Tell them to cut the tab off from the top. Open box. Pour.
