Anyone have a good diagram how to open a milk carton?

Apparently the very simple instructions on the carton itself are too difficult for the morons I work with. I tried searching for a detailed diagram, but I can't find anything...

Give them a pair of shears. Tell them to cut the tab off from the top. Open box. Pour.

That's nice and all, but you would need another small hole for air to fill the void of emptying the milk. Just like how a gas can works.
