Anyone have a Citi card?

I have been on the website and logged in and whatnot but I cant find where the interest rate for my card is. I went through the TOS and it says it varies but I thought there was at least a place I could see what these rates are like?

Anyone know what a Puch/Adv is? It says thru 3/09 - is that because I was over my limit and wasn't paying my minimum monhtly payments for some time, so they bumped me up to 32.40%? Isn't that illegal, in NY at least? I thought it had to be under 30%.

if you buy something that's thte purchase rate if you plan on maintaining a balance. the advance rate is cash advance. which is just stupid.

citibank is very good with good customers. i called and they gave me 5.4% rate permanently unless i default on a payment. before that, it used to be 18.24%
