My internet explorer keeps crashing on me. And it saids, "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." everytime i post a message on this forum. Please pm me with suggestions or advice. Thanks.
 
You might want to look in your system's Event Viewer logs to see if one of them has some info about this. It's never a bad time to check for spyware or viruses either... Spybot and Ad-Aware are popular free anti-spyware proggies, and you can do a free online antivirus scan at Panda, among others. Also, do you have a firewall and is your computer fully patched?
 
Thanks i think i finally figured it out. I use spybot and adware a lot. I think it's windows update 2 that's been causing it. I just uninstalled it and so far it works fine.
