Unfortunately, the P3V133 is no where near as overclocking friendly as its bigger brother, the P3V4X. The P3V133 is completely controlled by jumpers, has fewer FSB options, and does NOT have the option to run the memory asynchronously with the FSB.
Furtherore, the performance of the Apollo Pro 133 (NOT the 133A), just plain sucks.
As long as your RAM can handle it, and your CPU is able to stand it, you should be able to get up to aroun 933 with that system. If not, then you may have to go for a lower speed like 805 (7 x 115) or so.
As usual, your mileage will vary. Just try it and find out.
