the duck/chicken and turkey are deboned i believe

they should stuff the turkey inside a goose and then put the goose into a large mammal for a five meat layer version

i didn't like it but i think that's because it wasn't cooked fully imo. in defense of the cook, it was his first attempt ever.

Wife's uncle made one two years ago. It was awesome! I wonder if I can find pictures of it.

I made one the last 2 thanksgivings and they are great...it came out looking a lot better the 2nd time, but htats just because of experiance, but tasted great each year
