Specifically for the cellphone's. How long have you waited before receiving the rebate checks from them?

Thanks :)

I bought my cell at the end of august. I sent in the rebate, at first they said I had the wrong upc, which was wrong and I made a huge deal. Then they accepted the rebate about early october. It still hasn't
been mailed to me.

I sent in the rebate for the Ericsson t68i towards the beginning of October. Their third party (rebatestatus.com) showed nothing on their site for two weeks. Emails to them went completely ignored. Their site has said "We have received and processed your submission. You should receive your rebate or premium item soon. Please check back again to receive the date your rebate or premium item was mailed." for the past week or so now. The rebate said it takes 8-10 weeks so I'm not worried (yet)....

Rebatestatus has screwed me over a third time. First, they said they didnt receive my upc, which i sent with everythin else. I resent it, then i get another notice saying they didnt recieve my reciept. I tried calling them on the phone, the csr was useless and rude. Im owed $150 for the amazon cell phone deal awhile back. Does anyone know amazon.coms service number. I cant find it on their website. Maybe they can help me. Thanks

I was rejected for a $150 cell phone rebate too, for invalid UPC. Someone probably misread the date listed on the UPC as the order date (which fell outside the rebate dates and had nothing to do with them) instead of looking at the order form like a reasonable person would. I e-mailed them and Amazon with scans of everything. Amazon wrote back saying they would need a few days to look into it, but the rebate company hasn't written me back.

Rebatestatus is a joke. I really think they do this on purpose to see if people will give up, then they dont have to send out any checks. Im surprised they havnt been sued. I am resending everything again, hopefully it works. I'll call amazon.com tomorrow and see if they will do anything about it. It reflects poorly on Amazon, so i would think they would help you and me out.

Guys, if they say you have a bad upc just send them a pic of your upc and copies of everything. That's what I did and they accepted it like a day later.

They (rebatestatus) e-mailed me a phone number today to call them, and when I talked to the rep she said the UPC was invalid and I would have to talk to Amazon. Just before I hung up she said "Thank you for calling Amazon.com" I'm beginning to think this has SCAM written all over it.
