Whats the Certificate of Authenticity mean? Is it needed to install the game or anything? Reason I ask is I just bought one used off ebay and it doesnt have one like my friends does. I assume the last owner took it off thinking it was nothing? Is it worthless?

Everything looks legit though.
 
That Certificate is just a piece of paper that comes with the game that says it's a genuine Microsoft product.
 
Have you tried installing it yet? I think the COA of all MS products contains the serial number and you may need that for installation or technical support.
