Looks like it's time to break out the shovel and scrub brush. This ones gonnna require some cleanup.

I think WAS would be more appropriate. And there seem to be several people, not just one. But it's hard to tell.
One of the people towards the bottom seems to be missing part of their head and it's sitting nearby, but the top pictures seem different.
