Can't really sleep tonight. Christmas presents already opened besides some stocking stuffers. I got a nice new wallet which I really needed to replace by 10 year-old one. I can't seem to get to sleep now so I've just been browsing around. Anyone else putting Christmas together for the family or the SO?

Just looking for conversation I guess 😛
 
Well, at least I'm not alone. Just the Christmas jitters maybe? I just keep listening to rap music and I'm still not tired. Getting close to 4AM now.
 
naa... not really christmas jitters, just normal mild insomnia.

I wont celebrate Christmas until Saturday because of how my family works everything out. Everyone does their own family Christmas on the 25th and then we do the big family Christmas on the weekend after. Driving over to my sisters house after her kids open presents. Help my nephew put together legos or something 😛
 
Sounds cool. I got SO's family coming over in a few hours, and they're gonna suck. And I swear if they're stupid dog attacks my laptop power cord again I'm going to decapitate it :|
 
My family took a 5am flight out of Jacksonville FL, they're gone, and I'm in the hotel business office - Merry Christmas!

getting drunk, trying to get the kinks out of running linux on a 300MHz /32MB ram POS thinclient, on a CF card no less.

Supposed to be wrapping presents though.

i intend to drink heavily starting at about lunchtime with the family. i'll fit right in this year.

Best of luck to ya. Its 5:30 here now and I should be sleeping but still not. Maybe I should try to close my eyes and lay down for a while.. Bah..
 
I'm up and I don't really care. I don't know if I am even getting a present since I didn't ask for anything. 😛 I said money would do fine.

Best present to me is money, unless there is a gift I want that you can buy me that I tell you about. 🙂 Otherwise, I really don't want gifts unless it's creative/smart/need-fulfilling.

I woke up at 3:45PM today though, that's why I am up this late. hehe
 
I've been up since 1030PM christmas eve... I'm stuck working through the holidays this year, (christmas obviously and New Years) I'm working the Midnight to 12 Noon Shift.

Oh well. I'll see my family and such some time Feb.

I'm up. I'm used to getting up at 0300 on the week days, so getting up at 0500 this morning is like sleeping in for me.
