Final Fantasy XI Question:

Does anyone know if you can install one copy of the game on two PC's on a LAN at home, and using the same information, have the second person in the home play on another character for $1, or do you have to have a whole second account for an additional $12.95 a month?

If we have to pay $26 a month, plus $100 initially for the game just so my wife and I can play together, this is a rip..

Yes, that's what you have to do, because you and your wife are about as related as you and me, as far as the game publisher sees it.
