Can't they simply upload a virus that makes the console run very hot and die on it's own...oh wait. 😉

Hmm...my 360 is flashed but I only play retail disks on Xbox Live. I wonder if I'm safe as long as I use retail disks.
 
My old roommate and 15 of his friends got banned. But they were just flashed consoles. Its probably because they were playing MW2 for the last 3 weeks.

I've got 3 flashed Xboxes and none are banned.
