when you buy a dvd burner or several other things, as part of the free gift of several useless things such as a paperweight or whatever, the most useful thing to get is the 5 blank DVD-R's. All 5 of mine that I received was such crap.
The purple side of all the discs were not clean, they had some slight scratches, and some crap on it that looks like you can wipe off, but you can't. Kind of like the grease that a fingerprint leaves behind, but in this case, it looks someone dropped a whole bundle and picked it up from the floor.
Plus my DVD burner looked like it was handled like crap. They wrapped it in bubble wrap which is fine, but one side of the drive, all the bubbles were popped. The way they pack and ship always looks great, but I'm starting to wonder what happens to these things before they get packed and ship.
By the way, my order came from NJ.
