I'm an English ex-pat currently living in Canada with a hard on for Kellogg's Coco Pops. If there are any UK ATOTers willing to post some to me here in Canada, I will pay for all costs incurred to you via PayPal. I go back once a year, but it's been too long since I last had a bowl of my all-time favourite cereal!

I know you can get them in the States, but they don't taste the same. Really.

See how it says, "Chocolatey?"

That means it tastes kind of like chocolate, but isn't made from real milk chocolate.

They sell this stuff in the US?? What I would do is take normal rice krispsies and put chocoalte syrup...to make it taste like Coco Pops..but it just wasna't teh same!!

I know what you mean because I lived in Seattle and I found most America food to be really bland. Chocolate was the worst though, how they can even cal it chocolate is beyond me?

Thankfully my local Kmart stocked a wide range of British branded food so I got by. The first thing I did when I got back to the UK was go get some REAL food! :)

Another thing I found hard to live with was the American Condoms which I found far too small. I guess your average white American is abit small in that department, us black guys need something MUCH bigger! :)

I found it funny that despite the fact that I was living in central London (ie EXPENSIVE), cereal was cheaper over there than it is here, as was bread and milk.

Heh, despite the fact that I was 20/21 at the time, I still got carded a couple of times while trying to buy a beer. It happened twice at a Hart's, and twice at two different pubs (one of which was infamous for selling more than just 'beer', though all I wanted was a Guinness). :D

God I miss my Dublin/London Guinness. Tastes so much better over there. :(
