There's a really good Italian restaurant there. I don't remember the name, but it's well-known, and has the best Fettucini Alfredo I've ever had.

I'm going to be there this weekend. If anyone wants to get together for a pint, let me know.

As well.... does anyone know if there is a laundromat not to far from the Radisson? If we are there for more than 3 days, we'll have to do some laundry. :)

There's a few laundromats right on broadway there. In fact you might even be able to get to them without leaving the hotel since there's all the underground crap downtown.

google local search

Absolutely let's get together and have a drink. Get finalized on your plans and we can set a time/place.

EDIT: gah.. can't get the link to work correctly. just do a google local search for rochester mn laundromat and there's a bunch right on broadway.

<-- currently in the REAL Rochester, Rochester NY!

;)

The city of Rochester credits its naming to a settler from Waukesha, Wisconsin, Gearge Head. He staked a claim on the bank of the Zumbro River near the falls in July of 1854, and he called the town Rochester because it reminded him of his hometown of Rochester, New York.
