I live 30 minutes from State College, and yes, the Creamery is good, but it is certainly not worth a road trip from Vancouver unless you have other business here. And being a local, I can't imagine what else you would want to do around here.

Personally I prefer the ice cream from Gardeners.

I will go to a certain red wings fans house & pelt it with octopus 😉

Cheers,
Aquaman

:Q

Bring it on! 😛

Then I'll Burn a Canucks Logo on your lawn 😉

Cheers,
Aquaman 😀

And Thong Moon You 😉

Cheers,

You can get Sins at the Adam's Apple, burgers at Baby's (which was featured in a VISA TV ad), beers at Zeno's (which is located directly over the center of the Earth), get a snapshot on top of The Lion, walk amongst one of the largest stands of American Elms in the country, walk to JoePa's house on McKee St., shop at the new Wegman's (the best supermarket anywhere), find some wild marijuana growing in the various neighboring state forests (stuff is so prolific that the cops have to make annual sweeps to clear the stuff) and eat some stickies at the Diner. And if you are a sports fan...

Also I do belive that you can order the ice cream on the internet somehow. It is expensive though because they ship it packed in dry ice. I don't remember the link to it though. Any help?
You can get it at the Alumni Store.

Be warned that 2 half-gallons cost $83.50 (shipped of course). Might as well order 12 half-gallons for $167.00.

At the end of the expansion, East halls will be located in the center of campus. Its pretty amazing to see how much has changed and I've only been out of school for a year.

?!?!?!?! East Halls in the CENTER of campus??? Damn! I've been away for too long! I used to commute and had to park out by Beaver Stadium and then catch the shuttle bus onto campus.

Aquaman - gotta get the pumpkin ice cream. My sister and I used to get two big containers every Thanksgiving to bring home. It usually didn't make it until Thanksgiving day though.

Do they still offer the "Ice Cream 101" course? (No, it's not really called that) I believe it was part of the dairy science program. They taught all about making ice cream right down to how to make it melt evenly and such.
