I plan on going to Ohio State University in the fall, as a freshman. Majoring in Computer Science, just wondering what to expect when i get there.

I'm at OSU in spirit. Ohio born and bread but temporarily displaced at the University of Pittsburgh until 2004. I'm busily keeping an eye on the bastards (aka U. Pitt. Athletic Dept.) who stole Walt Harris from OSU. I'm hoping that Pitt goes winless next football season as punishment for not letting OSU take Harris back. Of course, Tressel's alright in my book since the Buckeyes wiped the field with U of M. 😀

Actually, OSU is home of the Cowboys. The Sooners are OU, and I beg to differ...

Sooners in Final Four this year (maybe farther) whereas the Buck'd-eyes got dealt with in the second round by Sooners Big 12 companion, Missouri, who the Sooners went on to beat themselves to advance to the final four.

Also, Sooners are College Football Champions the year before last, and last year had only two losses and won their bowl game convincingly.

Buck'd-eyes? Mwhahahaa... Sooners destroy that school.

Sooners, home of the most academic scholars of any division one University.

Don't EVEN talk sports, the Sooners just destroy Ohio State in every way. We have been the National Champions of every scholarship sport in college sports, and most of them multiple times.

We were winning National Championships before Ohio State was pooping yellow. 🙂

Yeah, OSU sucks. That must be why it's the world'd largest university. 😉 Over 55,000 students can't be wrong. Also, basketball? Who the hell cares about basketball? Football is all that matters. 🙂 Woody Hayes was, is, and always will be the greatest coach ever. I don't care what anyone else says.

Hey there hopless and welcome to OSU. I go to OHIO state, the one and only OSU. I'm a second year majoring in MIS. Really there are so many people here, its easy to find the type of group that you want to hang out with. If you're big into partying, then you'll be welcomed into the majority of campus 🙂 if not its still no problem because there are tons of other people who don't and there is TONS of stuff to do. I am REALLY enjoying going to OSU and also the city of Columbus.
