Anyone find the sis 645/961 chipset glichy?

I built 2 systems using this chipset , one with an asus p4s333 and one with a biostar m7sfx, the asus build took 2 mobos first one would'nt even boot up and when the second one did work crashed easily, the biostar build worked on the first mobo but was glichy as hell ie: would boot up but no sound or crashed easily, I have also built 4 computers using the Intel chipsets and never had a problem , what gives?😕
 
Bad luck, that's all it is. I have a P4S333 with a 1.6A@2.32ghz/1.575v and it's been like butter the couple of months I've had it. Many others brag about their 645 based boards as well.
