Anyone find a decent Nexus 7 case yet?

I ended up going with this one, from Poetic.

At $12 bucks, you can't go wrong. The faux leather feels well-made and the case is solid to hold. It looks nice, too, in comparison to some of the other cheap cases out there. Everything fits the way I would expect and it is comfortable to hold in one hand.

Luckily, I use my left hand, because the clasp is in such a position that holding it with your right doesn't really work. The magnet is for the smart cover is too strong (however, they are sending me a replacement free of charge) and the stylus holder on the side obstructs the on/off button and volume.

Still, I'm happy with it, and it'll definitely hold me over for a few months when the good cases start to come out.

i really have a gripe about cases for tablets...so many of them suck. to me the greatest thing about a nice tablet is that its thin and light. the leather ones more than double the thickness of this svelte device that we pay so much for. just irks me. my friend loves his ipad and his leather case is monstrous...makes the thing thicker than the netbook i have.

i had this for my ipad 2 nad *loved* it, but i didnt love the ipad (more of an android guy)

so i order the transformer infinity and case options suck ass right now, and theyre not that impressive for the transformer prime which is almost identical. the only decent looking one is this

but it requires origami to use it, so im staying away from it.

I ended up getting one from Amazon. Just search for "Nexus 7 case" and look for the one with the most feedback. It was like $10 and it even has the magnet for the 'smart cover' feature. I hope ASUS or some big name comes out with a good one. I'd love one similar to the iPad covers.

I want the premium case and would pay the price but it doesn't have the magnets :(

No, they don't want to get sued by Apple. I am sure someone will just suggest slitting the case open and sticking in some magnets of my own. Sorry, I am not paying $40 for a case only to have to mod it.

I bought a simple sleeve style case off Amazon not too long ago, a RooCase. I believe its designed for generic 7in tablets though. The N7 is a little loose, but otherwise fine. Small pouch in the front fits the cable and charger alright.
