Anyone file and not get their refund yet?

All my stuff was filed in early February electronically, and when I check the status of my refund online, I get reference code 1102. WTF? "No data, taxpayer filed electronic return more than 3 weeks ago" Calling the IRS was no help either.

Anyone else experience this problem?
