Anyone familiar with ctSPD? How to install NTIOWP.sys?

I downloaded ctSPD, a RAM info program, but it won't work with W2K. Error message says, "Please install NTIOWP.sys driver". This file was included with the download, but apparently is not installed. Anyone know how to install it, or where to install it? Thanks.
