Like random subdomains not resolving? Slow loading of some sites and not others, major ip's (google etC) not being pingable off and on.

Even people I know 3 states away are having this problem (but on the same isp).

Maybe it's just cox.

It's really annoying, I might not be able to refresh a page for 10 minutes, but my vpn connection and 2 RDP sessions stay up and responsive.

I am having massive problems with Time Warner. At first I thought it was my router. I've now tried almost every manufacture. D-Link, Netgear, Linksys, and a 4th I don't remember.

I just switched the DNS servers on my router from Charter's to the 4.2.2.x because it was running a bit crappy.

Yeah, I kept resetting my modem and router, and swapping routers to no avail.

Been like this for about 2 days now.

Man, I thought it was just me! I am having issues with Comcast: pages not loading, lag time loading, not being able to detect network settings. The thing is 3 weeks ago I hadn't these issues. I thought it was my ZoneAlarmPro bogging things down. Now I am really wondering what is going on.

Oh

I am really pissed at Time Warner right now. Not only have I had problems over the last 3 weeks. I get my new bill yesterday and out of the blue they are charging me $44.99 intead of 29.99. WTF? Now I have to call. While I am bitching about the bill, I will be bitching about the all the problems I've been having. Of course, the billing department is different from customer service, which is different from tech support, who are all just sep. call centers in India.

Heh, well you guys know how I feel about Cox cable. Their level of service is pretty crappy, and their techs/csr's don't seem to care.

The Intarweb has been a little slow at work, using Earthlink. But Comcast at home has been just fine lately.

I have problems throughout each day with my internet shutting off and then back on after 10 minutes. Sadly enough, it's been happening for the past 3-4 weeks. I called the Cableone ISP and they said "oh we have a disturbance in your area" it's like.. thanks jackass, I could've told you that. Anyways, my friend just pretty much down the main street 1-2 miles away on the other side of the street isn't having problems at all.
