Anyone ever used this this online dealer? (EMS Computing)

They are literally located less than a mile from where i live up here... Unfortunately for me they wont allow me to pick anything up, so they want to charge me to ship the item a mile. Just for that, i wont order from them.
 
I've ordered from them twice. Their prices are good but their shipping is a little high (IMO). Both time I got exactly what I ordered, it arrived when I expected it to and I was happy with the overall experience.
