I bought a case at Fry's the other day. It was $19.95. ATX mid tower with a P4 ready 300 watt Solarmax PSU. Plain box.
I kinda got it out of curiosity more than anything. I usually get Antec cases for most of the machines I build for friends but I'm trying to put together a budget machine for a guy and thought I'd give this a shot. It's not a bad little case really. Has mounts for 80mm fans front and rear, 4 - 5.25 bays and 3 - 3.5's (2 exterior). Very thin sheet metal though.
The PSU claims the following:
+5v = 20A
-5v = 0.5A
+12v = 12A
-12v = 1A
3.3v = 15A
5VSB = 2A

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried one of these. I was going to try and run a 850 Tbird on this.
I'm well aware that this is not a quality case and PSU so please don't rant about how I should buy a LianLi with a 400w Enermax. I'm just trying to see if anyone has ever used this PSU before.
