I'm sorry, SlitheryDee, but asking that question makes it clear you are not worthy of the chuggler at this time. Your chugging skilz are lacking. Please do some remedial drinking (beer bongs, keg stands, etc.) and get back to us.

Sounds about right. My last experience with a beer bong ended with me waking up in a bathtub with the water running, so I think I'll pass on the chuggler.
