Maybe you need better insulation in your house, or a fan.
Maybe also check with your doctor; could be a glandular problem if you're particularly sensitive to temperature and sweating a lot.
Also get a hygrometer and measure the humidity in your bedroom/house. Even if your AC is set to 72F, high humidity will make it feel warmer.
