They have a program from quitting smoking I am thinking about trying. I guess all you do is listen to 2 tracks that have subliminal messages and then you don't smoke anymore?

Anyone ever try something like this?

I am <stop smoking> sure it works <stop smoking> really <stop smoking> well. In fact <stop smoking>, I am sure you <stop smoking> are already <buy more stop smoking tapes> smoking less. Let us <buy our stop smoking tshirt> know how it goes.

I've heard about these types of programs before, they are similar to self-hypnosis techniques. I've heard that they have been successful for a lot of people, but I have to wonder if they work in the long run. It seems to me that if you don't fix the emotional problems that lead to the addictive behavior, then you will be right back where you started when things get rough again, either going back to what you did before or finding a new habit that deals with it.

I don't know about brain sync, but I'm finding your post rather unsettling... for some reason. Maybe you should forget about not smoking.
