Our current mail provider limits the number of outgoing emails per hour to a relatively small amount (600 per hour). We're building new applications to email the entire employee list of our clients (with the client's approval / notification), so we're looking to send much more than 600 emails an hour. One of the services I've found that offers this is AuthSMTP. In essence, we simply just replace the SMTP server / authentication information in our web app and it takes care of the rest. The limits are much more reasonable and the prices are not bad.
