Anyone ever tried a Clif Bar before?

Only eat one of those things if you're going to be hiking or something. It feels like a brick in your stomach if you arent actively moving around after eating it.

this. When you backpack and need 4000 calories a day they are great, I tried quite a few varieties and although I never loved any of them they are pretty decent for the most part.

Clif Bar makes another bar that tastes better and has more protein... check out the Builders Bars, they have a couple of different kinds. Best bar they make imo.

I keep some of their Builder's bars for post workout if I can't get home within an hour to eat. They're decent enough but need a lot of water to go down.
