Anyone ever take digestive enzyme tablets?

I've had ongoing problems with my digestive system and it's been frustrating to say the least. I stumbled across these today and have my wife going over to GNC to pick up a bottle. Has anyone ever used something like this before?

I'm pretty much bloated 24/7 and feel like I constantly have food in my stomach. By the reviews it seems like it's worked for quite a few people.
