Copenhagen, Denmark:)

If money is tight, avoid Northern/Western Europe. The dollar is in freefall mode. I know Prague and Warsaw have some pretty good programs and it isn't terribly expensive, much cheaper than London.

Is it through an exchange program or something or are you Danish?

Actually I don't think I've been to KUA since some field trip in highschool.

Usually there are programs run by your university that have classes that fulfill your university's requirements so I would definitely take a look at those and see if there is something you are interested in. In this way, you don't have to be worried about making sure you get credit for the classes you take abroad. Depending on the program, you could end up in dorms or a person's/multiple person's households. London is an awesome place. I did a program 2 years ago that was in London for a week, and 5 weeks in a small city near Scotland. Although London is pretty expensive, you would have the time of your life there. There is so much to do and see, and is a hub for train and airline transportation, so it's easy to get out and go somewhere else for a weekend getaway - ie: the train to Paris, a plane to Ireland, etc. I don't know for sure about costs, but tuition would probably be similar to a private university, and similar to your own university. You will definitely need to talk to the study abroad people at your own school, as things vary greatly.

I was a bio major and studied marine biology while I was studying abroad in Denmark. But I had to go out to Roskilde University for my classes:thumbsdown:

If you really are interested in studying in England, I'd suggest going further up north -- someplace like Manchester or Leeds or Edinburgh (or surrounding); still speak English, and it's not as expensive as London is (Edinburgh is supposed to be nice, and it is the capital of Scotland :)).

Unfortunately my Univ. doesn't offer a program in either local.

You don't necessarily have to go through your schools program. You can typically find a location you want to go to, then sign up through the school that is offering a program there.

For instance i studied abroad at Hogeschool van Utrecht in Utrecht, NL (Faculteit Economie en Management to be specific). It was a program organized by my school (UF), which freaking ROCKED because i paid in-state tuition which due to prepaid and scholarships, meant i paid $0 and my plane ticket was basically free. We had students in our program however from universities all over the US, they just signed up with our program and then transferred the credits after.

If you go to a private school, finding a program through a state school may turn out to be considerably less expensive. :)

do you have any idea which university in london it will be. because if the uni is outside, or just outside london, prices do change significantly (in terms of living)

I spent a month in Kyoto and two months in Tokyo( spend a college semester program in Japan). I later spent about two weeks taking the bullet train, bus, ship and under subway all over the three major islands. It wasn't all fun and play but I had a great experience and am glad that I did it.

I say - go for it!
