I have a diNovo Edge that won't charge, in an attempt to "troubleshoot" it I took the keys off to see if I could get to what's under neath (waste of time) I've never seen keys that go on like these, and I think getting them back on will pretty much be impossible for me. I wasted a good hour trying to figure out how exactly one would get them back on, and successfully reattached zero of them. I know it can be done as they're definitely not broke, it's just my stupidity getting in the way of things. I called and got an RMA today, I didn't tell the dude about the lack of keys as I thought that would be a red flag to reject the RMA. After getting on the phone I gave putting the keys back on one last shot and made no progress. What are the odds if I send back the KB + a Ziplock baggie full of the keys they'd still honor my RMA? Taking the keys off weren't the cause of the issue but I'm not sure how it will look to them.
BTW: does anyone here own this KB and have experience taking off/putting back on the keys? I've never seen something that should be so simple, be so damn hard
