you haven't seen my apartment lately. I work 12 hour days, so its not like I would have to deal with her that much. Plus the extra cash would be nice.

Not a bad idea, that's a good way to avoid immigration and labor laws.

I think there are some restrictions that would require you to put up some money first to go there and visit her and prove that you actually know her.

too many here posting things they know nothing about.

It took my wife and me, (who was Japanese here on H1-B) that I was dating while here and away over about 3 years and over $5k and hours and hours of time to prove to INS that we were a real married couple.

Best she got was a Green Card. However she doesn't really want citizenship. I am trying to change that as there are benefits to it (people exploiting the system can attest).

Most think being married she has full US access. Definitely not so.
