Anyone ever hear of VisionMan?

The only benefit I see in this is the server chassis. Other than that you can built a much better one for less money. Even the Dell PowerEdge SC440 Smart Value is a bit cheaper with dual core CPU.
 
If you can speck a dell out with similar components at a similar price then I would highly recommend it. I dont know anything about Visionman and I haven't had an experience with tiger in 13 years (gives you a rough idea how bad the last one was), but I would not order from tiger again based on my experiences and i have heard nothing in the last decade to suggest that they have changed as a company. They may have good prices but if you need support good luck.
