Anyone ever go to the Lyric Opera House in Chicago?

I was thinking about going to see an Opera at the Lyric Opera in Chicago, and have never gone before. Is there a certain dress code you have to follow? Am I going to bored out of my mind? The Opera I would probably go see is Parsifal. I could probably just get the cheapest seats($29) just to see what it's like...😕
