4K. Insurance didn't cover it at the time. My teeth were pretty bad at the time, and now they're a lot better. I wear my last retainer once every 4 to 5 days to keep them in good shape.

Cost $3K. Insurance paid lifetime othrodontic payment of $1200 for invisalign plus visits. Teeth were somewhat bad. Took a year and a half. Dentist recommended braces instead to align bite, but I didn't want braces.

Wearing it right now,
$2500 out of pocket pretax, insurance paid $1200.

I don't think it works if your teeth are really messed up.

did it, i think mine took 12 weeks, only the bottom row.

I had 1 teeth that was pushed back between the 2 next to it..

4300, they tried to talk me into the upper tray also which I didn't need, that was another 1500...

The only thing is I have to wear the retainer at night for the rest of my life.. some days I dont wear it I can feel it shift the following day

My bite was really bad, last June when I got my braces on. There was extensive damage on my teeth, thank you government dental care. 🙁

I asked about InvisAlign, but its cost was higher than the metal bracket types and it would have taken much longer to complete successfully. As it stands, I paid 4K out of pocket, using zero interest in house financing through the orthodontic office. I have about a year to go with the metal, and then another couple of years with the old school retainers. Once the metal comes off, though, I can get the exposed roots filled in and eliminate that problem.

you all think it was worth it?

Yes, determinately. Think of it as an investment. People with fairly straight teeth make more money. (I just made it up.) Your employer will thank you. Your significant other will thank you. ATOT moshquerade will thank you. Others will thank you.

My wife and a friend of mine got it. I think insurance covered 1/2 to 2/3 of the total cost. It was worth it for them.

Yes. My wife actually runs an office that is a premier Invisalign office on the west coast. She sets the costs, they can do quiet a lot with it now.

Better then having traditional braces, hell yes.

She comp'd my invisalign before getting married because she wanted my teeth perfect (I had braces before but lost the retainers a long time ago).
