Basically when deciding this, you have to think about whether the person is a giver or a taker? Are you a giver or a taker? I would never recommend trying again with a taker. Ultimately, the best relationships work with 2 givers... (although I'm like half and half 
)

Well, best of luck to you. Seems you're pretty sure about this; much more then I can say about the last time I did this.
If you feel that either of you are going to do some "exploring" which is an entirely normal reaction to the freedoms of college then getting back together may not be the smartest thing...

so true, so true. don't bother trying to get back with your ex. 99% of the time, it will never be the same again. i miss my ex, but f@ck it, the moments past and it's time to get on with your life. if you happen to be apart of that 1%, congratulations to you, otherwise you should focus your time and effort elsewhere. Time spent reminiscing is time you'll never get back.
