Anyone ever done "naked sushi"?

So apparently "naked sushi" parties are becoming more popular over the past year as promoters think of new wild and crazy ways to get guys to pay a cover. A friend of mine invited me to such an event, and while I'd love to stare at beautiful, naked Asian models from Elite all night long, I'm not sure I can eat off of them. How did this even become a standard, accepted practice? I understand something like this in Japan, but in America? Don't even try to pass this off as art either. You're basically using the girl as nothing more than a pretty tabletop--and that's objectifying women if you ask me. Given the cover charge and the fact these are Elite models, I suppose these girls are getting paid VERY well, but I'm not sure I'd be comfortable doing this (and I'm *not* a prude either.) If anyone can explain how this works, I'm all ears. Perhaps I have misconceptions on what goes on?

Aren't the US ones just a joke anyway? Instead of naked they wear bikinis or leaves and have saran wrap or similar on the skin where the food lies. Talk about missing the point.

Nyotaimori. It's a fetish thing. Sounds kind of weird to me. Body temperature sushi and potential sanitation issues... meh. I mean, it's less weird than many other fetishes, but still weird.

The sushi will be placed on some kind of leaf or whatever so you won't be eating off their skin. If it's the skin, that's just nasty

AHHHH!

It?s only a matter of time before the large ones claim discrimination and say they have to be hired also. PC people will make sure they get hired. People stop eating sushi because it will become a revolting experience, sushi disappears from the planet.

And you say you don?t see a problem?..

I don't buy that they are Elite models. Elite is a respected modeling company, not one to work with greasy club/promo guys.

I would pay for that, once. After that the novelty would wear off and I'd just prefer a table top.

If they had bikinis or saran wrap or something stupid like that I probably wouldn't pay for it. Do it right or don't do it.

One thing about it...if it tastes like shit...turn the "platter" over...or you're dipping in the wrong sauce...:D
