Anyone ever dealt with Epox's RMA service?

Almost a year ago, I sent back an 8rda motherboard that died suddenly. I thought the board was out of warranty, but they sent me an RMA number and let me send it back to them. I didn't hear from them for about 2 weeks, so I sent an email asking what's up with my motherboard. The next day, they sent the replacement.

I got a newer version motherboard 8rda3i, and it has worked great ever since.

THat's good to hear. Strangely, the 8RDA3I is the board that I hav eto return. :)
