Hello all, looking to buy a townhome or house near Dublin, CA.
I am considering purchasing a townhome at a place called Tralee Village in Dublin, CA. Built buy Pinn Brothers construction.
However, BBB.org lists Pinn as an "F" rating, and there are several negative reviews (5-6 to be exact) about poor construction and bad practices by Pinn in San Jose, CA.
So, this information is making me hesitate on Tralee Village. Tralee Village is a large project, not yet completed. I fear that if I move in, Pinn may go under, or something, without completing other buildings or common areas.
So, anyone here deal with Pinn Brothers before or live in Dublin who can expand on this?
