Anyone ever been to a Spa sort of thing?

My girlfriend is taking me to a spa thing on saturday, are they any good? haha...I dont want her to waste her money if they suck!

They are doing a rock massage, mud wrap, etc.

They wanted to put something in my butt and clean it out -_-, I said pass to that part, haha.

Any reviews from someone whose been?

What is a rock massage?

I went to a spa last May in Palm Springs and got a one hour full body sports massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend it. :thumbsup:

the real name for the rock massage is a hot stone massage. Where they take these warmed smoothed stones and use them to massage your back. I have been wanting to get one. What did the sports massage entail?

Never been to a spa and probably never will unless I get a SO that wants me to go with her. Otherwise, not my sort of thing.
I have heard they can be relaxing though. But again, I would rather go for a jog or bike ride and then go to the gym and sit in the sauna for a while. That can be just as relaxing.
