Anyone else's significant other not with them on New Years

This really sucks. She has to work and we just moved here so I really don't know anyone. Talk about depressing. I might go visit her at the hospital, she's a nurse, but they are short staffed and she will be running around all night. This is so depressing. This was to be our first New Years together.

Well, my husband is in the living room watching Terminator 2 again, but I have no idea where my significant other is.

Isla - LOL, you sound like my gf. She always complains that I am turning into an old man. But I laugh at her when I try to do stuff with her and she just sits there and watches TV. I guess we are starting to get old together. I just miss the college days.

mines 1000 miles and a border away, so she's never with me she has a few friends over for new years, so i don't even get to chat with her

toph99 - Call her anyways. I don't think she'll mind that you want to wish her a Happy New Year. Its always good to start the New Year off by hearing or seeing the one you love.

That reminds me. I got to get going soon if i want to get to the hospital before new years. I'll probably only get a minute with her.
