Anyone else watching the Shark week shows on the Discovery channel?

I've been watching a few of the shark shows on the Discovery channel today, and I've found them very informative. They also have celebrities on too, but the ones that have been on so far I have never heard of. There is this one Canadian actress that's with Nigel and they are going to swim with some smaller sharks. She asked Nigel why he had a chainmail diving suit on and she didn't, and he says.. "Because they are maneaters."..LOL!

Anyone else tuning in?

i watched part of it the other day. i saw the show on this dude doing research on great whites in south africa. it was nuts!!! these sharked would launch themselves outta the water and tear sealions up. that was scarey.

I thought the footage of the Tiger sharks grabbing albatross chicks of the surface was pretty neat. The Great White feeding on seals was pretty impressive as well. You see this seal happily swimming around...then *bam*...this Great White comes up underneath him and comes about halfway out of the water. :Q

dude... i saw some of those sharks come all the way out the water. the research guy was snapping pix while baiting the sharks on with a fake sealion. u know whats funny? eventually, the sharks knew it was a fake, so they didn't come up anymore. hehe... they are pretty smart.
