I wish it was shens but its not.

hell there was even a place (i think in texas) where the cops were going INTO the bar and giving people DUI's if they blew high enough and had keys on them.

no its not all corrupt. but we can fix which parts are fixable and redo the parts that can't be fixed. we can try for the perfect model.

sitting back and saying well its good but better then nothing is not helping and allows those corrupt to continue to be corrupt.
