Oh my fault.
While I have stated this many times there is no one solution because ther are so many levels of racism in many different areas. 
For starters, I agree with AA. It is a step in the right direction. The problem is the way it is implemented. There is no lack of qualified minorities in any area of life, so its damn near impossible for a company to have only whites. I think more organizations need to be exposed, not necessarily for punishment, but many people change the way they do things when caught in the wrong. Education, especially in poor areas, where many blacks and poor people live needs to seriously addressed. It needs to go much deeper than what Bush has put forth, I do give him credit though, he's put forth some good starting points. First of all many of these schools don't get the better teachers because they can't pay them. This is where I think the goverment could help by providing aid to these schools so they can get better teachers. And economic growth is so important, Many of these problem areas can be changed in economic investment in these areas became a priority. Thats how I would at least start.
